Position Overview
We are looking for an Interior Sales Designer to join our Enterprise / Real Estate Team. The Interior Sales Designer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and execute workplace and corporate interior projects. The role combines design, project management and sales support, ensuring creative and functional spaces that align with client needs and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with the internal real estate team to conceptualize the space planning for new outlets.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support new opportunities and complete RFPs.
- Prepare and present design concepts, space planning, and costing proposals via material boards, sample boards, mock‑ups, material / product libraries, and client presentation decks, acting as a workplace strategist to consult and offer office solutions.
- Coordinate with external consultants, including outsourced ID, throughout the design phase to project completion.
- Develop detailed design in close alignment with regular client touch points upon project confirmation.
- Research design best practices and incorporate them into design SOPs playbook.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform additional ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure design deliverables adhere to product standards and quality assurance policies and procedures for design, documentation, and project management.Communicate project updates regularly to management and cross‑functional teams (status, potential issues, risks).Host project meetings and client presentations as needed.Assist the Project Manager with overall project management of new outlets.Supervise on‑site activities and manage project costing from inception to completion.Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent).Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Corporate Interiors / Workplace design projects (residential experience not considered).Experience in client‑facing presentations with excellent communication skills.Strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.Demonstrated experience coordinating design documentation with external consultants, project budgeting, and deliverables management.Seniority Level
