Job description

Good communication skills with potential clients.

Interior design background (preferably).

Meeting with the customer, site visits to collect information.

To coordinate quotation and visual based on client requirement.

Meeting clients to propose / advise 3D design and obtain their acceptance.

Being involved or assisting in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection ofMaterial used.

Coordinate with designers and project team to ensure smooth operation andhandover of the project.

To complete a project given within the deadline.

Able to specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wallfinishes, flooring, bathroom fixtures & etc (preferably).

Ensuring design and renovation targets for clients are met.

Follow up on work progress to ensure the proposed design and / or project iscompleted on time.
