What You'll Do :
- Own and manage multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop platform-specific strategies that align with brand positioning and business goals.
- Work closely with creators, editors, and strategists to turn raw content into scroll-stopping assets.
- Write thumb-stopping captions, CTAs, and community-building responses that sound like the brand's best friend.
- Track and optimize based on metrics that matter : reach, saves, shares, CTR, comments, retention, and conversions.
- Create and manage content calendars with precision, speed, and adaptability.
- Stay 10 steps ahead on social trends, platform changes, and best practices—and be ready to test new ideas before they're mainstream.
- Coordinate launches, drops, and campaigns with agility and obsession over detail.
What You'll Need :
2-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or creators.Proven success growing brand accounts or communities—don't tell us, show us.Deep understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, and engagement psychology.Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager.Copywriting skills that convert thumb scrolls into attention.Strong collaboration skills—you can work with creators, designers, and clients like you're in the same room.A bias toward execution : if something needs doing, you've already done it.A portfolio or social presence that screams, "I get it."The ability to speak and write in Mandarin.Why Join Us?
