Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and implement activities in the relevant department to achieve company objectives and total quality standards.
• Maintain and improve equipment uptime, perform routine checks, repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance where applicable.
• Support production with safety, health, and welfare compliance and ensure adherence to ISO, Halal, GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement export, e-commerce, sales, or product development strategies; build and maintain client / distributor relationships; manage budgets and KPIs; supervise teams where applicable.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, R&D, quality) to meet customer requirements and improve product and process performance.
• Participate in audits, certifications, and supplier / partner evaluations; address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in logistics, stock control, and warehouse operations where assigned; ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.
