Our client is a leading Global Multinational Organization operating across more than 40 countries. Following business expansion, a new role has been created to lead the Technical team at the site.

Job Description

• Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering team (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Controls and Facilities)
• Mentor the engineering teams to foster innovation and technical excellence
• Oversee engineering resource planning, budget and project timelines
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of equipment and systems
• Deployment and maintenance of automation systems (e.g.; robotics, PLCs and control systems)
• Develop long-term automation roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Implement lean engineering practices & Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure seamless integration of automation systems with ERP, WMS and MES platforms
• Oversee data analytics and reporting tools to monitor system performance and KPIs
• Ensure all engineering & automation systems comply with safety, environmental and regulatory standards
