Job descriptionPossess a degree in Information Technology or related fields. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. At least 5 years of experience in application development. Proficiency in Java and one frontend framework / library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with application design, solutioning (including database design) and software development. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway. Experience with APIs, Java based Web Services (SOAP UI), Multimedia Content Development, session management. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI / CD pipeline. Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields. Strong analytical, communications and interpersonal skills. Good to have experience or Knowledge with Apache Camel Knowledge in other IT technical areas (network, servers, information security, middleware and AWS) will be advantageous. Knowledge in Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Germini, Github Co-Pilot will be useful

Job Description
- Review business requirements and perform impact analysis.
- Work with IT and business units to propose IT solutions by refining specifications and requirements based on available technology. Liaise with business users and developers to refine user stories.
- Design and develop quality and sustainable digital solution for initiatives and enhancements using best software development practices
- Create and maintain software documentation, including solution proposals, detailed technical design and test scripts
- Assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for development.
- Anticipate potential issues that may impact the implementation of initiatives. Support applications and track for prompt resolution of problems and issues.
- Ready to adapt to new Gen AI way of work and development to efficient and defect free delivery
