About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Security Expert / Engineer to support our enterprise customers in strengthening their Microsoft security posture. This is a client-facing role, requiring both strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft security solutions, while engaging directly with customers to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing guidance and hands‑on support for Microsoft security solutions.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Hybrid Identity solutions.
• Engage directly with customer IT and security teams to assess needs, design solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Deliver workshops, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
