As Video Designer of Performance Ads, you will report to the Team Lead within the Performance Ads Creative team, collaborating closely with the Global Marketing COE team in Singapore and regional marketing units across multiple markets. Your critical impact lies in creating high-converting video advertisements that drive client acquisition and engagement across digital platforms, directly contributing to VT Markets’ aggressive growth targets and brand positioning in the competitive fintech landscape.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or above, with 2+ years of experience in video editing or ad creative production. Experience in finance, overseas advertising, e-commerce, or performance marketing is preferred.
• Proficient in editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop) and familiar with creative AI tools (e.g., AI-generated images / videos, voiceovers).
• Understanding of creative styles and compliance requirements across international advertising platforms, with the ability to quickly grasp financial concepts and translate them into visual storytelling.
• Data and result-driven mindset with strong sensitivity to ads performance. Skilled in analyzing and optimizing creative elements for higher conversion.
• Strong time management skill and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with media buying, content, and research teams.
• Portfolio required : Please attach work samples or a portfolio link in your application. A creative showcase will be expected during the interview.
