The Content Creator cum Digital Marketer will be assisting the full spectrum of company content creation, digital sales, and marketing function.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and create the whole year digital marketing campaign calendar.
- Generate quality and effective marketing content including photography / videography editing on property branding and advertising.
- Identify and implement effective property development marketing trends and insights.
- Strategize, collaborate and coordinate third party marketing company e.g. agency, event organizer etc.
- Study and implement digital media best practices for conversion.
- Utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools as required.
- Perform and implement copywriting skills at professional level as intended.
- Analyze, evaluate, and improve marketing campaigns e.g. festivals, seasonals.
- Perform comprehensive digital media data analysis and market survey.
- Establish goals and performance indicators.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing tools and technologies for creative and impactful marketing posts.
- Plan and manage the company’s social media accounts and marketing / digital marketing activities including designing posters and graphic material.
- Perform any other ad hoc / additional responsibility as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree, postgraduate or professional qualification in Marketing / Business Administration or any related field.Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, preferably able to converse in a third language.Strong computer design and copywriting skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Graphic Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop).High responsibility and able to work independently in sensitive and confidential nature, result oriented, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.Strong knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and willingness to explore new technologies.Proficiency in CapCut and Canva for video editing and design.Relevant Experience
At least three (3) years of digital sales & marketing working experience preferably in Property Development.Possess strong planning, organizing & project management skills.Excellent communication & copywriting skills and attention to details.Proven knowledge and track record on creative digital marketing, practices, standards, laws and regulations.Ability to manage stress especially on managing deadlines, workload, client expectations and others.Able to work under pressure, tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.Experience in digital marketing campaigns (social media ads, content strategy, SEO is a plus).Highly creative with the ability to produce original, engaging, and brand-aligned content.Excellent research skills; ability to deep dive into market / competitor insights.Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.Able to work independently and within a fast-paced environment.Working hours : 5.5 days from Monday to Saturday (as and when required).Able to work beyond normal working time when needed.Self-starter, highly motivated for new initiatives and have a can-do attitude.Interested candidates please submit your application through Jobstore.
