Job descriptionBachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking / Economics / Finance / Insurance. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the insurance industry. Sound knowledge of general insurance and banking products. Fluent in English; Bahasa / Mandarin (added advantage). Ability to work independently under minimum supervision. Willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities
- To service retail bank within the central region.
- To target new business opportunities while maintaining all existing accounts diligently.
- Take initiative to standardize the process and procedures of any support functions within the section.
- Submit the necessary reporting within the required timeline.
- Target cross selling / referrals from existing customers to grow and enhance client relationships.
- Check and collect payment from customers to ensure credit control issues are fully under control.
- Assist superior on propositions with partner banks.
- Any additional duties as assigned from time to time.
