Job Description

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of partnerships with iconic marquee brands and emerging innovators, ensuring a seamless blend of cutting-edge solutions, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Your Mission : What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership Leader :

Lead the design and execution of a robust relationship and portfolio strategy for marquee accounts and emerging brands critical to our long-term vision.

Customer-Centric Solutions :

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deeply understand client challenges, enhance product integration, and deliver bespoke solutions that meet customer needs.

Drive Growth & Innovation :

As a strategic partner, you’ll not only manage key account relationships but also identify opportunities to introduce and scale SEEK’s innovative product suite, fueling revenue growth and market share success.

Market Trends Advisor :

Shape actionable insights for our leadership team by staying attuned to key industry dynamics, customer feedback, and emerging trends.

️ Collaborative Leadership :

Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Pricing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to co-create commercial strategies that continuously improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

You have significant experience building deep relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, influencing through value-driven conversations.

Proven Sales Leadership :

A strong track record of driving revenue and adoption across major customer portfolios through solution-led advisory and sales.

You’re adept at identifying client pain points, understanding market conditions, and developing tailored solutions to drive exceptional results.

Tech-Savvy Advisor :

Experience in selling, integrating, or promoting digital products, combined with an ability to amplify the “voice of the customer” within teams.

Collaboration Mindset :

An innate ability to partner with internal teams and work with external advisors to deliver innovative solutions and future-ready strategies.
