Inbound Sale Rep (Telesales - Mand Speaker)

  • Conduct 30–50 outbound calls daily to potential business customers.
  • Perform discovery conversations with companies to understand their needs.
  • Build rapport and create opportunities for further business discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prospects in the system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support business growth.
  • Achieve daily / weekly call activity and performance targets.

    • Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM graduate, fresh graduate welcome.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with clients effectively.
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales, telemarketing, or cold-calling experience (B2B experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and engaging phone manner.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge / interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain will be an advantage.
