Inbound Sale Rep (Telesales - Mand Speaker)

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct 30–50 outbound calls daily to potential business customers. Perform discovery conversations with companies to understand their needs. Build rapport and create opportunities for further business discussions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prospects in the system. Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support business growth. Achieve daily / weekly call activity and performance targets. Minimum SPM graduate, fresh graduate welcome. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with clients effectively. Minimum 1 year of telesales, telemarketing, or cold-calling experience (B2B experience is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and engaging phone manner. Comfortable with high-volume calling and working in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge / interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain will be an advantage. 5 working days (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) Annual Leave and Sick Leave Allowance Provided EPF / SOCSO
