Are you driven, optimistic, and ready to take on new challenges?

We’re looking for a dynamic Medical Sales Representative with a growth mindset to connect our innovative kids-friendly healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and clinics.

To help you succeed, we provide comprehensive product training and sales coaching from our experienced team. With the right mindset and a can-do attitude, we believe that we can work together to achieve our shared goals.

Compensation

Basic + Incentive + Special product incentive
Annual leave
Car, Petrol and Phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

Actively drive market conversion and sales expansion in Kedah, Penang & Perak.

Identify customer needs and create opportunities to maximize sales growth.

Execute marketing strategies and business development plans.

Conduct sales activities professionally and with integrity.

Prepare accurate sales quotations and follow up with proposals and inquiries.

Provide pre- and post-sales training and support to customers.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure success in the field.

Job Requirements

A minimum of Diploma / BACHELOR DEGREE IN SCIENCE . Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in the pharmaceutical industry are also welcome to apply.

Candidates from OTHER RELATED BACHELOR DEGREE FIELDS , with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Resourceful, analytic, results-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, clinics or pharmacies.

Possess a car, valid driving license and willing to travel within Kedah, Penang & Perak.
