Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across a range of enterprise solutions, tailored to client needs Engage with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices. Translate business needs into technical solutions through detailed design and hands-on configuration within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and developers within the team. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client demos to ensure user adoption and solution alignment. Perform system administration, platform upgrades, and patch management when necessary. Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation. Assist in proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client presentations as needed. Your Role as a Leader :

3+ years’ experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment Willingness to work outside of office base as project needs require An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment. Key Experience and Capabilities :

Minimum : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules) Nice to have : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Discovery In Philippines, the services are provided by Navarro Amper & Co and other related entities in Philippines (Deloitte in Philippines), which are affiliates of Deloitte Southeast Asia Ltd.
