As a Consultant / Senior Consultant / Business Manager / Associate Director at Morgan Philips, you will be at the forefront of helping both companies and individuals thrive. Your key responsibilities will include :

Empowering growth : Assisting companies in overcoming critical talent acquisition challenges by sourcing and placing top-quality candidates in their organizations.

End-to-end relationship management : Maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment cycle and beyond.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or over 4 years of experience in a commercial (Sales, Business Development, Account Management) function.

Adaptability and multitasking : You are self-motivated and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration : You thrive in a team environment, fostering a spirit of collaboration.
