Job descriptionLead high-energy group fitness classes (Yoga, Zumba, Muay Thai / MMA, Dance Fitness & Body Pump) according to class schedule. Provide modifications and alternatives for various fitness levels and abilities. Set up and break down class equipment before and after each session. Ensure the safety of all participants through proper instruction and supervision. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the studio or class area. Stay current with fitness trends and maintain certification(s). Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the management team.
Requirements :
- Previous experience teaching group classes is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Fluent in English (Mandarin will be an addedd advantage).
- Able to work in rotational shifts.
