1. Billing & Payment Support :
- Track and record third-party marketing expenses, including vendor billings, production costs, and agency claims.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure timely submission and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
2. Dealer Support Documentation
Assist in capturing and processing dealer requests for marketing materials, collaterals, or campaign participation.Compile and organize all required paperwork related to dealer marketing support.Liaise with the Dealer Network Team to ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner.3. General Marketing Administration
Update marketing databases, documentation, and filing systems.Support scheduling and meeting prep, including agenda tracking and minutes if needed.Help with coordination of internal campaign requirements, such as invoice checklists, approval forms, and paperwork submission.4. Other Adhoc task / report required by Superior
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree in Business / Management / Engineering or equivalent.Required language(s) : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus. We are also seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking clients.1–2 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position.
