Job Responsibilities :

• Handle leasing inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and convert prospects into tenants.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain organized tenant and lead records.
• Plan and execute marketing activations, events, and on-ground campaigns.
• Manage promotional spaces, pop-ups, and advertising to generate additional revenue.
• Build partnerships with tenants and brands for co-marketing and community programs.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to improve leasing and marketing strategies.
