Electrical Technician

About the role

DP Controls Sdn Bhd are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' industrial control systems and equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Perform electrical wiring, panel assembly, and termination of components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs, and control devices.
• Interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Assemble electrical control panels in compliance with design and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure all wiring is neat, labeled, and meets workmanship quality standards.
• Support engineers in panel design improvements or modifications.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Support other technical tasks as assigned by the supervisor or engineer.
