Job descriptionA0 Chargeman certification. Minimum 2–5 years commercial / industrial experience. Electrical systems operation and maintenance. Building power distribution and motor control systems. Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities. Vendor / contractor coordination and supervision. Emergency response and critical system restoration.
Facility Technician (Electrical) – JLL
Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, test and troubleshoot facility electrical systems including lighting, power distribution and office electrical infrastructure.
- Respond to breakdowns, fault reports and requests.
- Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor related activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Support facility operations through system optimization.
