The role supports the end-to-end administration of student admissions, curriculum, enrolment, progression, and scheduling within the Centralised Administration Department. The position ensures accurate student records, smooth course management, and effective coordination with academic staff. The candidate will also provide helpdesk support, maintain compliance with policies, and adapt to evolving administrative processes. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
a) Admissions & Records
- Assist in processing new student applications and scheduling admission interviews.
- Maintain accurate student admission and records data in the system.
b) Programme & Curriculum Administration
Manage and update the Regulation Master and Programme Curriculum in coordination with Programme / Year Coordinators.Prepare and share confirmed course breakdown details with relevant teams.Ensure any curriculum or course structure changes are approved and documented.Facilitate subject group capacity mapping and list of course offerings.Coordinate and process course enrolments, ensuring templates are complete and uploaded into UC Campus.Support scheduling teams to ensure timely and accurate course setup each semester.d) Student Progression
Compile and update student progression records based on input from Programme / Year Coordinators.Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in UC Campus (student CMS).e) Credit Transfer
Process and verify credit transfer applications in collaboration with academic coordinators.f) Timetable & Scheduling
Support the preparation and verification of class timetables.Upload approved timetables into UC Campus.g) Helpdesk & Administrative Support
Handle Jira Ticket Helpdesk requests and resolve academic administrative matters promptly.Support other centralised administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.h) Competency

Bachelor’s degree in administration, Business Management, Education, or related field.At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office, student information systems (e.g., UC Campus), and digital helpdesk tools (e.g., Jira).Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with academic staff and students.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.We commit to a friendly and professional work environment
