Job descriptionCandidates with SPM, Diploma, in any field are welcome to apply. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage. Good communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent tools. Can accept working on Saturday. Can accept working Overtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, filing, and record processing with accuracy and speed.
- Providing administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Monitor the status of deliveries and keep good track record.
- Tracking and monitoring the status of delivery’s, and providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Attending and handling customer enquiries, including new order requests, status updates on existing orders and complaints.
- Assist superior in all the task assigned.
