Associate Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Assist in maintaining IT equipment inventory and keep accurate service records.

Ensure all tasks meet SLA requirements and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Assist with installation, configuration, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of IT systems.

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printers, and network

Participate in structured training, shadowing, and guided assignments under experienced mentors.

Escalate unresolved issues properly and follow up to ensure timely closure.

Support new deployments, relocations (Moves, Adds, Changes), and project rollouts.

Diagnose common problems and elevate complex cases to senior engineers or supervisors.
