Responsibilities

• Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.
• Training store managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques.
• Design and jointly complete marketing activities for customers to increase franchise store sales.
• Collaborating with other colleagues to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
• Required to travel outstation and conduct on-site duties at store locations as needed.
