Overview
The position is for a Medical Representative. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets within the allocated territory by executing in-clinic and virtual engagement strategies and multi-channel cycle plans. Responsibilities
Orchestrate an exceptional customer experience by implementing in-clinic and virtual execution of the Customer Engagement Model. Implement Multi Channel Cycle Plans to target customers, meet / exceed sales targets for assigned products within the territory, and achieve related quantitative / qualitative field force KPIs. Adhere to compliance, the Code of Conduct, and policies. Ensure understanding and follow-through of all company and industry compliance requirements (e.g., Pharmacovigilance) with locally established compliance processes. Sales achievement in the assigned territory, including territory sales accountability (sales value, units, market share), ensuring formulary listing and availability of BI products as required, creating demand / generating prescriptions using available resources / tools and trained behaviors, and identifying opportunities to grow relevant customer universe for BI-promoted brands. Plan, co-create, and execute Multi Channel Cycle Plans (MCCPs) with excellence. Maintain an accurate customer database (e.g., email addresses) in Veeva; develop, validate and execute MCCPs to maximize BI business and achieve sales targets with emphasis on reach, frequency, and appropriate channels. Integrate ICPs into MCCPs and plan logistics to ensure high-value customers are engaged with required reach and frequency across F2F and S2S. Complete locally mandated reports (e.g., competitor surveillance) accurately and on time. Orchestrate exceptional customer experience by coordinating with BI customer-facing roles (marketing, MSLs, etc.) to personalize and ensure relevance of interactions. Utilize Veeva resources (Engage, Event Management, survey functions, FuR) and assist customers in engaging with Veeva Engage across common conferencing platforms. Identify customers’ preferred channels and direct appropriate resources (face-to-face, digital, phone, emails, webinars, campaigns) to fulfill customer needs. Manage and develop assigned Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and coordinate with relevant medical societies / institutions. Demonstrate superior customer engagement capabilities with robust knowledge of disease areas, clinical trials, products, marketing strategy, competitor intelligence, and environment. Exhibit proficiency in hybrid customer engagement methods and present to groups (in-person and virtual). Be digitally fluent, reliably use CRM / Veeva, and perform pre-call setup of digital platforms. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and the BI Code of Conduct. Adhere to interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) regulations, take prompt action on compliance and pharmacovigilance issues, and act as a role model for compliance. Provide regular reporting with locally mandated submissions completed accurately and on time. Requirements
Bachelor's degree required Competencies : Industry and product knowledge; selling skills across multiple channels; MCCP planning and execution; customer relationship management; self-development / learning; strong communication; planning and organizing; IT literacy; direct selling experience in healthcare (advantageous). Experience with multi-channel strategies and field-based sales in healthcare is desirable. About the Company
