• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field  -Proven knowledge of basic accounting functions and practices -Prior experience in accounting or finance (internships or part-time roles acceptable) -Proficiency in accounting software - Xero - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting  -Ability to reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently -Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills -Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments -Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive financial data confidentially -Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow -Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in handling financial data -Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
