Bruker Malaysia is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Will ensure effective finance policies & procedures are implemented for all financial and fiscal management aspects of operations with the objective of contributing to the company in achieving its financial management.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring the account transaction are recorded properly and complied with US GAAP & Local Statutory Accounting Standard
• Review and improve accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable & payable detail and control accounts
• Minimize un-reconcile items and long outstanding transaction by coordinate with related department
• Verify and record revenue recognition by monthly basis
• Responsible for inventory checking by leading service team for yearly basis
• Support corporate BPC reporting / prepare financial statement with company deadline
• Undertake, prepare, and support financial reporting and corporate tax submission & filing
• Support Month / Quarterly & Year end close activity
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Perform Bi-Monthly filing tax returns- SST to Kastam
• Liaise with internal & external auditors to prepare all documents necessary for annual auditing, supporting annual audit process
• Perform other duties as assigned
