Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to principally help manage the Company’s recently implemented instance of Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance & Operations (MS F&O), but to also work alongside the Head of IT to design and build out the Company’s strategic IT roadmap that encompasses its digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with Head of Finance and Head of IT to ensure successful continuation and development of D365.

Technical Skills

1.Dynamics 365 Expertise

Demonstrate proficiency in various Dynamics 365 modules (Finance & Operations and / or Supply Chain Management), including implementation, customization, and configuration.

2.Data Migration and Integration

Showcase experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Migration Framework), data integration processes, and handling data from different sources.

3.Database Development (SQL)

Highlight expertise in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for database optimization and reporting. This will be considered a bonus, particularly in the context of managing work product commissioned by the Company in this regard.

4.Customization and Development

Mention experience with customization using Dynamics 365 tools, such as plugins, workflows, and custom web resources.

5.Integration and APIs

Showcase knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools (e.g., bank connections) for connecting Dynamics 365 with other systems.

6.Certifications

Highlight relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as the Dynamics 365 : Finance and Operations certification.
