Our Information & Cyber Security (ICS) team sits within the Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) function and is responsible for all mission-critical and enterprise-wide areas of cyber security, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. These are challenges that impact our clients globally.

Our ICS Protect team develops the platforms, drives the processes, and builds partnerships on behalf of ICS. The successful candidate will be part of the PST (Portfolio Strategy & Transformation) team within Cyber Security Services (CSS). The role reports to the Lead, Change Management within ICS Change & Engagement. As a change manager you will be responsible for supporting product owners and project teams with the delivery of key ICS initiatives through the development and implementation of robust change and engagement plans that enable end users to consume and adopt the change seamlessly. You should be confident in building relationships and influencing stakeholders, often at a senior level. You should be comfortable in presenting to large audiences and challenging decisions when they appear at odds with the needs of end users and stakeholders and be able to pre-empt potential issues before they arise.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Key stakeholders

ICS Leadership Team, Cyber Security Services, ICS CISOs, Country Technology Management, CIOs, ICS Portfolio Enablement and Delivery Team partners (Chief Scrum Masters, Chief Product Owners), ICS Champions, CABM, EUS.

Other Responsibilities

  • Acting as the voice of the customer / end-user in ICS roll outs ensuring they remain at the heart of the change, enabling the smooth people-centric implementation and customer acceptance of cyber solutions across the Bank.
  • Supporting project teams, in the scoping and development of change and engagement plans
  • Leading the delivery of change management activities for key ICS roll outs by applying a structured methodology and process for managing change and those impacted.
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Pre-empt any people-led resistance to change or issues that may arise in securing adoption by our global colleagues.
  • Create and implement actionable deliverables by leveraging teams and expertise within ICS and across the Bank such as EUS and CABM, including managing sponsors, developing and supporting communication and training efforts, as well as ensure all the necessary end-user support is in place.
  • Adhere to change management standards and procedures, including documenting and capturing all artefacts required by project governance.
  • Support and engage senior leaders, coach and support people leaders, and effectively engage and manage relevant stakeholder groups that are influential in or impacted by the change.
  • Promote change management best practices in your delivery and ensure the robust measurement and reporting of change efforts
  • Skills and Experience

  • Proven understanding of change management methodologies
  • Experience of managing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication in English (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to project manage with familiarisation of agile methodologies
  • Strategic thinking and critical problem solving
  • Analytical skills with experience of data analysis and reporting
  • Qualifications

  • Certification in industry wide change management frameworks such as PROSCI ADKAR is preferred.
