Junior Graphic Designer

Creative Multimedia team is responsible for :

Create visual concepts to be uploaded on our eCommerce market places (Shopee, Lazada and DotCom website) and social media

Combine art and technology to communicate ideas into the visuals

To make Dasher and other associated Brands (Dreame, 70mai, Levoit, Xiaomi etc.) to be recognized and prominent

Creating visual designs that effectively deliver message to target audience

What's your role?

To create visuals that identify a product or convey a message

To have thorough understanding on the whole consumer decision-making process then utilize your best design skill set to maximize the conversion rate

To understand the task objective, and able to assess and present performance and quality of work done supporting by data analysis

To meet the deadline given with a good quality of artwork

Keeping up with latest trending and technology innovation in aiding the design work (AI drawing)

Reviewing final layouts and suggest any improvements when necessary

Coverage shall include eCommerce (Shopee, Lazada etc) digital visual, printed POSM (flyers, banners), Booth concept proposal (backdrop, setup), Social Media posting (infographics)

What's the skill required?

Good command (both spoken and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as certain visuals have Chinese target audiences

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

Strong in sense of design, creative and attentive to detail

Experience in designing Meta (Facebook) Ads Graphic, Photography or Video editing skill is an added advantage

Who's there to support you?

We have our in-house E-Commerce team, Digital Marketing team and B2B team to assist you in production of artworks that needed to be posted out publicly; social media platform and market places. You will be working closely with these internal teams in order to achieve the same objective.

You also will be involved into various internal training and brainstorming about the current trends and challenges. You are expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
