Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and budget tracking to support Machino’s expansion plans.
• Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure tax compliance (SST, income tax, etc.) and assist in regulatory filings.
• Support financial planning and forecasting, helping the company make data‑driven decisions.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and marketing) to optimize financial processes.
• Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
