Job description2–3 years of SAP implementation experience with at least 1 full-cycle implementation project delivered. Experience in discrete manufacturing industry (mandatory). Plantation industry knowledge is an added advantage. Strong configuration, documentation, and testing skills in SAP MM. Proven experience in data migration, cutover, and RICEFW functional specifications. Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to foster collaboration and trust among stakeholders and team members. Proficiency in presentation skills, including PowerPoint preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide services in SAP MM module, including design, analysis, development, documentation, testing, and support.
- Prepare and conduct Blueprint workshops.
- Design to-be processes and perform gap analysis.
- Document Blueprint, meeting minutes, and configuration.
- Identify and manage conversion objects.
- Configure and unit test the SAP MM system.
- Define and execute conversion and cutover strategies.
- Prepare and test conversion templates and programs.
- Monitor and manage data conversion activities, including trial conversions.
- Develop functional specifications for RICEFW development.
- Define test scenarios and prepare test scripts.
- Manage user access, roles, and authorization profiles.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare and deliver key / end-user training and documentation.
- Execute final cutover activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues.
- Support month-end closing activities.
