Key Responsibilities

• Provide services in SAP MM module, including design, analysis, development, documentation, testing, and support.
• Prepare and conduct Blueprint workshops.
• Design to-be processes and perform gap analysis.
• Document Blueprint, meeting minutes, and configuration.
• Identify and manage conversion objects.
• Configure and unit test the SAP MM system.
• Define and execute conversion and cutover strategies.
• Prepare and test conversion templates and programs.
• Monitor and manage data conversion activities, including trial conversions.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW development.
• Define test scenarios and prepare test scripts.
• Manage user access, roles, and authorization profiles.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare and deliver key / end-user training and documentation.
• Execute final cutover activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues.
• Support month-end closing activities.
