Staff Engineer New Product Qualification

Location : Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is located in Krubong, Melaka.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product qualification team.
• Lead the qualification process for new products, ensuring they meet AECQ regulatory and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to drive projects from concept to production.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate product performance and reliability.
• Analyze test data and generate reports to support product qualification decisions.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the qualification process.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards and AECQ regulatory requirements.
• Support research, data analysis, and the R&D department in developing new products and improving existing ones.
• Responsible for product reliability test systems and planning reliability process flow activities and data analysis after stress tests and related tasks.
• Maintain KPIs for the area of responsibility as assigned by supervisor.
