Job descriptionMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field. Sound knowledge of object-oriented application development (Java, .NET, UML, Python, OData interfaces). At least 5 years of relevant experience, e.g., in MVP design pattern, Eclipse RCP, Java Spring in SOA environments, Databases, Tableau. In-depth knowledge of system administration in Windows and Unix environments (including Shell, Perl). In-depth knowledge of ITIL V3 / ITIL 4. Understanding of operational stability to improve business results. Fluent English communication skills.
Job Description
- Define process requirements and goals to achieve business targets.
- Maintain and keep the business process framework up-to-date.
- Accountable for process definition, procedure, or process updates in collaboration with the IT Process owner.
- Responsible for the results of the respective process.
