Key Responsibilities :
Merchant & Dealer Support :
- Provide continuous training, briefings, and support to both new and existing merchants / dealers.
- Attend to inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Market Monitoring & Reporting :
Regularly update management on market trends, merchant feedback, and dealer performance.Generate weekly / monthly visitation plans and monitor dealer sales performance.Provide insights on competitor activities and overall market conditions.Marketing & Brand Awareness :
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement.Design, set up, and distribute POP (Point of Purchase) materials at merchant / dealer outlets.Support promotional events organized by manufacturers, merchants, dealers, or the company.Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Experience : 1-2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with own transport are encouraged to apply).Working Location : Kuala Lumpur or East CoastSkills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
