Business Development Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanRegularly update management on market trends, merchant feedback, and dealer performance. Generate weekly / monthly visitation plans and monitor dealer sales performance. Provide insights on competitor activities and overall market conditions. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement. Design, set up, and distribute POP (Point of Purchase) materials at merchant / dealer outlets. Support promotional events organized by manufacturers, merchants, dealers, or the company. Education : Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Experience : 1-2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with own transport are encouraged to apply). Working Location : Kuala Lumpur or East Coast Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Provide continuous training, briefings, and support to both new and existing merchants / dealers.
- Attend to inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
