FAMILY DRIVER to DIRECTOR

Position Type : Full-Time

Job Summary : We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Personal Driver to provide transportation services for our esteemed Director and family. As a Personal Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Director's safe and timely travel to various destinations, including meetings, events, and personal engagements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to maintain utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities :

• Safely and efficiently transport the Director to and from designated locations, following pre-determined routes and schedules.
• Maintain a high level of vehicle cleanliness, conducting regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of local traffic laws and regulations, and adapt driving techniques to prevailing conditions to ensure the Director's safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading of personal belongings, documents, and equipment as required.
• Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service to the Director and handling any requests or concerns promptly and tactfully.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's personal and professional matters.
• Familiarize yourself with the Director's preferences, schedules, and travel requirements to provide personalized and efficient transportation services.
• Demonstrate flexibility with work hours to accommodate the Director's needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
