Responsibilities
- Preparation and vetting of wills, trusts and related estate planning documents
- Advise on the structure of wills, trusts and estate plans
- Meet with clients and franchisees via online video calls or in-person meetings
- Attend calls from franchisees for enquiries related to wills, trusts and estate planning
- Be willing to learn, work hard, maintain a positive attitude and strive to do your best
- Be well-versed with the various laws and regulations related to wills, trusts and estate planning
- Perform administrative tasks within specified deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful completion and implementation of projects and assignments
