Senior Automation Developer

Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (Powerhouse, PJ), 5 minutes walk from MRT Bandar Utama.

Workplace Arrangement : Onsite.

Reporting To : Digital Automation Senior Manager

Working Hours : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Position Type : Full‑Time, Permanent

About the Role

As a Senior Automation Developer at Kerry, your primary responsibility is to leverage your expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) to identify, design, and develop advanced automation solutions that align with business objectives. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency, problem‑solving skills, and leadership abilities to mentor junior team members and manage project pipelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, design and implement RPA solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.
• Analyse, understand and document business processes in detail where required.
• Monitor and support deployed automation solutions to ensure they meet ongoing business requirements.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance of RPA implementations.
• Analyse and document business processes to uncover automation opportunities.
• Enhance and improve existing RPA solutions using enterprise‑grade platforms.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior automation developers in best practices and development techniques.
• Produce insightful management information including dashboards and up‑to‑date statistics on automated tasks.
• Work with leadership on automation platform roadmap and strategies.
• Manage the pipeline of automation projects to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
