Overview

Sales Business Management plays an integral role in the Global Sales & Relationship Management (GSRM) business. GSRM sits within the Global Markets business and is a client‑facing function providing Global Market products and services to corporates, financial institutions, governments, asset managers and hedge funds worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Sales / Client strategy and business planning.
  • Control & Governance.
  • Change Management.
  • Business Execution.

What you will do

  • Know Your Client Administration – join Sales and Business and Client Services to ensure clients are fully compliant with internal and external requirements in relation to onboarding, client refresh and other regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Platform Optimization – monthly analysis of low‑performing clients for GSRM OC review.
  • CV split rules and maintenance – ensure sales rules correctly set up.
  • Sales Administration – ensure desks, products and trades are mapped correctly to sales people.
  • Validate primary and secondary sales coverage for Global Sales – ensure coverage is up to date.
  • Deal Highlight Repository – maintain database on deal highlights for GSRM business activities.
  • Maintain GM Sales org charts – keep regional charts current.
  • Weekly commentaries – compile commentary on client performance.
  • Ad‑hoc Sales Business Management requirements – provide support to on‑site team.
  • Training on RBC systems will be provided.
  • Requirements

    Must‑have

  • Passion for data & analytics, at least 2 years experience in operations, data management or client support.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
  • Strong written & verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ambition & drive – seeks improvement and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
  • Detail orientation and demonstrated ability to query, organize, and structure large data sets.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, preferably Tableau.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Nice‑to‑have

  • Knowledge of Global Markets products.
