Head Of Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional technical sales support and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and address technical questions or concerns throughout the sales process.
• Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders on product capabilities, integrations, and implementation best practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value proposition of our products or services and address customer needs.
• Partner with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and development priorities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, sales collateral, and training materials to enable the sales team and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with product offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance technical expertise and knowledge.
• Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and post-sales support, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Responsible for the setting-up and transfer of new production lines, improvement of the production processes for existing and new products in order to achieve cost efficiency.
• Oversee and monitor import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Responsible for sales and marketing activities of products including IPC (International Procurement Centre) products.
• Supervising and Overseeing Sales, Delivery, Customer Accounts, Servicing and sales Visit or Promotion.
• Identifying and prioritizing strategic sales engineering initiatives to drive business outcomes.
