Requirements :
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of success in sales engineering or technical sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep technical expertise and understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and architectures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities, with the ability to align sales engineering strategies with business objectives
- Language Skills : Able to read and communicate fluently in Bahasa and English (required); proficiency in mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant business software.

Lead and manage a team of sales engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional technical sales support and solutions.Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and address technical questions or concerns throughout the sales process.Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders on product capabilities, integrations, and implementation best practices.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value proposition of our products or services and address customer needs.Partner with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and development priorities.Develop and maintain technical documentation, sales collateral, and training materials to enable the sales team and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with product offerings.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance technical expertise and knowledge.Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and post-sales support, driving customer satisfaction and retention.Responsible for the setting-up and transfer of new production lines, improvement of the production processes for existing and new products in order to achieve cost efficiency.Oversee and monitor import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Responsible for sales and marketing activities of products including IPC (International Procurement Centre) products.Supervising and Overseeing Sales, Delivery, Customer Accounts, Servicing and sales Visit or Promotion.Identifying and prioritizing strategic sales engineering initiatives to drive business outcomes.Experience Required : Min 5 Year / s
