Campaign Ops and Retention – Inhouse Telesales Team Manager

Job descriptionLead, coach, and develop Telesales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Introduce new ways of working that lead to incremental sales. Conduct sales training and provide ongoing feedback on sales techniques, product knowledge, soft skills, and unmatched customer experience that can change agents’ mindset. Determine right-sizing of staff with clear requirements. Conduct interviews, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes to retain talent among the team and manage agent productivity. Be a sales ambassador of Telesales team while maintaining high quality assurance through random call samplings to ensure that the sales quality is as per the team’s culture and achieve zero non-compliance. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, in line with the company’s vision and process improvement projects. Simplify processes that improves customers’ buying journey and agents’ daily tasks. Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
