Principal AI Engineer

( As a Principal AI Engineer, you will define and implement the architectural foundation of our agentic AI systems as a technical leader. You will work across the entire engineering stack to build reusable and extensible infrastructure for multi-agent orchestration, planning, memory, and tool use.

This role demands deep technical expertise and the ability to lead complex projects and mentor engineers through ambiguity. You will collaborate directly with the CTO to shape the technical vision and ensure that our systems remain scalable, modular, and reliable as we expand into new verticals and use cases. Architect and implement multi-agent workflows with integrated planning and memory. Modularize system components such as prompts, tools, evaluation pipelines, and observability. Define and evolve the engineering stack for our core agentic platform. Lead deep technical discussions, code reviews, and mentorship sessions.
