We are seeking a strategic, creative, and driven Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing efforts, grow our customer base, and strengthen our brand in MY market. In this role, you will lead, develop, and implement branding and social media strategies, focusing on building brand awareness, attracting new customers, generating & acquiring sales leads. This position is essential to expanding our reach, nurturing partner relationships, and supporting business growth through creative marketing initiatives.
Overview
Senior Brand & Marketing Manager responsible for brand strategy, marketing execution, social media, partnerships, events, and performance measurement to drive awareness, enrolment, and lead generation in the Malaysia market.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Marketing : Define brand communication strategy for MY market, ensuring consistent application across all customer touchpoints, including social media, emails, videos and onsite activations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across various marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans including digital marketing, content marketing, press releases, and partnerships, to drive course awareness and enrolment, including setting clear KPIs and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Social & Paid Ad Management : Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy, increasing brand visibility and generating sales leads.
- Develop, design and execute content for a content calendar for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS and Lemon8.
- Lead the implementation of digital campaigns, including creative, practical and strategic communications plans, branding layouts for EDMs, and other assets across integrated platforms.
- Supervise and optimize paid ad performance, with focus on Meta and Google.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize the strategy.
- Lead MY website maintenance & SEO.
- Partnership & Event Marketing : Build and maintain relationships with business partners, key industry media, KOLs and influencers.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize brand exposures, enhance brand reputation and acquire potential customers.
- Organize and lead the execution of onsite activations, including openings, seminars, co-brand activities, promotions, etc.
- Track and report on the success of event marketing efforts, providing insights on future strategies.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years in marketing communication, with a strong track record in brand strategy, social media management, and marketing campaigns.
