Quality Engineer (FA & Rel)

Will be undergoing training in Bayan Lepas for approximately 3 months before being stationed in Batu Kawan. Job Descriptions

To conduct failure analysis on semiconductor packaging, with root cause identification. To summarize and generate failure analysis report. To support preventive maintenance on FA equipment. To simplify and enhance failure analysis approach. To monitor inventory of lab consumables. To plan reliability schedule and execute reliability tests according to intervals and test conditions. To monitor progress of periodic reliability activities. To support preventive maintenance on Reliability chambers / equipment. To support and participate in internal audits and customer audits activities related to lab. Any other related tasks that may be assigned by superior as deemed appropriate. Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, any field. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English. Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan. Background of Failure Analysis and reliability. Experience in operating FA equipment : Curve Trace, TDR, Optical Inspection, IR inspection, CSAM, X-Ray, SEM / EDX, cross-section / lapping, chemical etching, warpage measurement, FIB. Experience in operation Reliability chamber : Temperature Cycle, unbiased HAST, High Temperature Storage, Pre-conditioning, Reflow, Bake. Seniority level
