ENGINEERING ASSISTANT / FRESH GRADUATE ENGINEER

Engineering Assistant / Fresh Graduate Engineer 机械设计工程师 / 工程师助理 / 绘图员 Responsibilities

Assist engineers in assembling and debugging fixtures and automated equipment 配合工程师进行夹治具、自动化设备的装配及调试 Help draft / organize engineering technical documentation, including but not limited to requirements analysis, design documents, BOM lists, SOPs, etc. 协助编写 / 整理工程相关技术文档，包括但不限于需求分析、设计文档、BOM清单、SOP等 Monitor production status and assist engineers in resolving technical issues encountered during manufacturing processes 跟进生产状况，协助工程师解决生产加工过程中遇到的技术问题 Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Design, Mold Design, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering & Automation, or related engineering fields 机械设计、模具设计、机电一体化、电气工程与自动化等相关工程专业 Proficient in 2D drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and 3D design software (e.g., UG / Creo / SolidWorks) 熟练使用2D绘图软件（如AutoCAD）及3D设计软件（如UG / Creo / Solidworks） Basic knowledge of machining processes, familiarity with mechanical parts and sheet metal fabrication techniques 具备基本的加工常识，了解机械零件和钣金的加工工艺 Passion for technology with strong learning and problem-solving abilities 对技术充满热情，具备良好的学习能力和解决问题的能力 Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to integrate into the team quickly 良好的沟通技巧和团队协作精神，能够快速融入团队 No work experience required; willingness to work overtime 不限工作经验，可以接受加班制度 Chinese language proficiency preferred 会讲中文优先
