Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and foster a growth-driven environment.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Quarantine and work with respective section for non-conforming parts that required rework and re-verification.
• Coordinate with Apple Authorities for service issues and claim processes.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, reporting any incidents or hazards to the Site Manager.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address any issues.
• Lead the response to aircraft on-ground (AOG) situations and other maintenance-related emergencies. Develop and maintain contingency plans for various operational scenarios.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and regular evaluations, addressing any performance gaps proactively.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, escalating complex problems to the Site Manager as needed.
• Understand process of mechanical assembly and provide technical support / repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.
• Participate actively in both new and ongoing engineering and maintenance projects.
• Support external audits and year-end closing by preparing schedules, reconciling accounts, and providing required documentation.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions while ensuring employee records are updated and compliant.
• Disassemble and install new machines or equipment as necessary.
